Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with connected knowledge in social services.
• a two year degree with two years of work experience,
• or a high school diploma with four years of experience.
• Formal program experience and demonstrated skill set is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff and evaluate performance.
• Oversee on-site operations and coordinate with parents and placing agents.
• Lead team meetings and supervise staff development.
• Maintain knowledge of youth in the program to ensure quality service.
