Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1–2 years preferred or transferable knowledge from similar industries.
• Language and Communication: ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and present information clearly.
• Mathematical Skills: basic arithmetic, rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Reasoning & Problem Solving: troubleshoot machinery and identify safety concerns.
• Attention to detail: detect defects and ensure product quality.
• Mechanical aptitude: understand mechanical systems and adjust machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and verification of all components for the pick and place machine.
• Verify solder paste operation, load parts, reels, trays and sticks to feed.
• Perform manual component placement and inspect boards before start-up.
• Read and utilize BOMs and Assembly Drawings.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure meet specifications.
• Work with engineers to improve and refine processes.
• Observe manufacturing processes to ensure smooth operation.
