Job summary

Elucent Medical in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Quality Technician for second shift on-site. You will perform receiving, in-process and final inspections, electrical testing, and documentation to ensure release-ready products.

You will own Nonconforming Material Reports from initiation to resolution and work with investigators to implement corrective actions. The role requires strong math and technical aptitude, independence, and the ability to build trust with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus two years of ISO 13485 experience.
• ISO 13485 experience preferred; ISO 9001 acceptable.
• Electronics manufacturing knowledge with testing techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic quality management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspection and preventative maintenance testing.
• Run electrical testing with a multimeter and inspect circuit boards.
• Initiate and manage Nonconforming Material Reports, then partner with investigators to follow up and implement corrective solutions.
• Perform in-process and final inspection on components, sub-assemblies, and finished product.
• Review and approve job travelers, also known as Device History Records, before product release.
• Support administration of the electronic quality management system.
• Support quality systems documentation, procedure writing, and customer audit preparation as assigned.
