Bio-Rad in Irvine, CA is seeking a Production Technician I to lead a production team on a semi-automated line and support various production tasks to meet goals. Training on first shift precedes a transition to the second shift (1:30 PM–10:00 PM).

The role requires a high school degree, mid-level experience, and strong math/writing skills. You will perform final kit assembly for calibration/QC, conduct inspections, and document processes with GDP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team on a semi-automated line to meet production goals.
• Perform final kits assembly of Bio‑Rad packaged products used for calibration and QC.
• Conduct in‑process and final quality inspections to ensure product quality and on‑time delivery.
• Interpret and adhere to procedures while leading a team to execute tasks.
• Complete and review quality documentation, process orders, and batch records following GDP.
• Complete inventory and quality transactions in SAP Inventory System.
