Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the training activities of all personnel in assigned departments.
• Direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.
• Ensure scheduling meets business and customer requirements.
• Maintain safety through good housekeeping practices.
• Achieve efficiency, scrap and setup objectives.
• Maintain daily attendance through payroll system.
• Maintain discipline on the shop floor.
• Perform annual reviews.
