Job summary

Allegion's Stanley Access Technologies division in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead 40–50 team members from 3:30pm to 12:00am, Monday through Friday with Saturdays as needed. This role provides leadership, ensures safety, quality and on‑time production in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You will assign staff, track performance, and report to management while applying lean principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3+ years of Supervisory or Leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams and people.
• Analytical mindset.
• Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies.

• Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
• Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
• Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise.
• Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations.

Second Shift Production Supervisor

The 2nd Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team for 40-50 team members. This candidate will have the authority on personnel decisions, hiring, performance, and/or disciplinary action. The ideal candidate will have the ability think critically, meet deadlines, and lead a dynamic team.

2nd Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am; Saturdays, as needed
