Qualifications

• Must have a good command of the English language and the ability to read, communicate, and understand written instructions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems on the production line as they occur.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and packaging line processes.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow SDS and safety regulations.
• Basic mathematical abilities and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation or line production operations to mass produce products onto pallets.
• Label, pack, and load grouped orders; maintain accurate inventory via the warehouse system.
• Follow work orders, gather materials, set up production lines, and produce samples for inspection.
• Report defective materials to the supervisor; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Complete prescribed maintenance and perform safety checks; attend departmental meetings.
