Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Physically demanding; may lift heavy objects up to 60 lbs.
• Work in cold (20–40°F) and warm (over 100°F) areas.
• May require certification to operate certain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, knives, and machinery to process meat products.
• Help maintain safe, high-quality, and efficient production lines.
• Support coworkers and adjust to production demand, including overtime if needed.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and PPE procedures.
