Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required, extrusion experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and withstand heat, dust, and fumes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate mixers and extruders.
• Monitor production parameters and complete necessary paperwork.
• Perform in-process quality control tasks.

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic mechanical aptitude

Forklift driving experience

Lean Six Sigma and 5S experience

Good problem solving skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
