Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Houston, MS is seeking a Paint Line General Laborer for the second shift. You will prepare surfaces, operate paint line equipment, and hang parts on the powder coat line to support efficient, high-quality production.

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting in accordance with established specifications
• Operate paint line equipment to support efficient, high-quality production
• Hang parts on the powder coat line with hooks or chains
• Inspect finished and unfinished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals
