Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Second Shift Packaging Operator II. The role operates Autostore port workstation, picks orders, puts away inbound materials, and performs cycle counts, as well as other duties as assigned.

Shift is 3:30pm to 12:00am, Monday–Friday, with pay of $18.10 per hour plus $1 shift differential. The role offers medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day 30, PTO, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and strong training and

Responsibilities

• Package product into bags, boxes, or totes per customer specifications.
• Document quality checks and enter into the system.
• Read and disseminate information on the product specifications and packaging requirements.
• Pull product samples and test product mix, labeling and or weight against specs.
• Follow all safety, environmental and quality guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping duties around packaging equipment and in warehouse.
• Responsible for lockout/tagout of equipment when clearing jams or performing basic maintenance.
• Perform basic adjustments to operating equipment to maintain finished product conformity to specs.
