McCormick & Company, Incorporated in South Bend, Indiana is seeking an Ops Tech - 2nd Shift to join its manufacturing team. You will set up and operate automated filling and packaging equipment, load packaging and raw materials, and ensure safe, efficient daily production.

This role requires hands-on operation of mixers and packaging lines, willingness to work weekends as needed, and strict adherence to procedures and quality standards. On-site attendance is required; OT may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging lines and forklifts.
• Ability to read procedures and complete paperwork accurately.
• OT may be required, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start automatic filling and packaging equipment.
• Weigh, blend, and cook product on mixer systems.
• Follow procedures and complete paperwork accurately.
• Make product changeovers and repairs on equipment.
• Monitor equipment operation and inspect product quality.
• Operate forklifts to obtain ingredients.
• Document downtime and machine adjustments.
• Identify process improvements with teams.
