Unusual Machines is seeking a hands-on Motor Assembler for the 2nd shift (3PM - 11:30 PM) in Orlando, FL. You will solder, assemble, and test motor components to power FPV drones and related products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in assembly or soldering preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble motor components using fixtures, presses, adhesives, and hand tools.
• Solder motor wires and terminals to meet quality standards.
• Inspect parts and identify defects, escalating issues promptly.
• Follow detailed work instructions and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth production flow.
• Complete startup and shutdown procedures for each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Deliver high-quality assemblies that meet daily targets.
