Job summary

Ferriot Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Molding Department on the second shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.). The role involves scheduling, directing daily production, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met on the line.

The supervisor will manage shift personnel, resolve production issues, and maintain documentation in the ERP system. Strong leadership and communication skills, plus a background in manufacturing supervision, are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of computers using Office programs and ERP systems.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Schedules daily machine and duty assignments to employees on the shift.
• Directs job functions and production requirements during the shift.
• Oversees equipment problems and coordinates with maintenance.
• Enforces policies, handles employee complaints, discipline, and performance issues.
• Reports production and inventory data via the ERP system (DELMIAWorks).
• Interacts with customers as needed and ensures safety practices.
