• Operate control panels, timers, and meters for mixers.
• Identify each stage of the mixing process.
• Assist coworkers in line setup and moving/heavy equipment.
• Adhere to environmental, health and safety requirements and procedures.
• Report usage of jams and dough for production reporting.
