Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Full-Time, Second Shift laboratory analyst to perform analytical testing of bio/pharmaceutical ingredients and products. You will work under guidance with an experienced mentor, ensuring data quality and adherence to GMP/GLP.

The role requires basic lab experience, safe aseptic technique, and ability to prepare media and cultures. Strong documentation and data processing skills are essential for delivering accurate results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with some lab experience or college courses.
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience with microscopes and biosafety cabinets.
• Media preparation and organism/culture preparation.
• Aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility.
• Maintains high quality standards in all tasks.
• Demonstrates strong client service and effective communication.
• Meets quality and productivity metrics; works well with others.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Performs lab operations with accuracy and precision.
• Prepares reagents, samples and standards per procedures.
• Documents testing, observations, deviations and results clearly per regulatory requirements.
• Reads analytical procedures and internal SOPs.
• Uses MS Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Processes data, generates reports and evaluates data.
• Maintains clean workspace and performs lab maintenance.
• Ongoing overtime as workload requires.
