Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA, is seeking an intermediate-level Scientist to perform analyses in molecular biology, cell biology, and virology within a regulated biopharmaceutical testing environment. The role involves data review, setup and validation of processes, and learning new molecular biology techniques. The position is full-time with a 2:00 p.m.

to 10:00 p.m. shift and potential additional hours as needed.

• PCR technique exposure/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of analyses (routine and non-routine) in molecular, cell biology, and virology areas of Biopharmaceutical Services.
• Review and evaluate raw data for acceptability and quality.
• Set up and validate new analytical or related processes used by the department.
• Willingness to learn molecular biology techniques and stay current with methods.
