Job summary

L T Hampel Corp is seeking a second shift Utility/Material Handler to support thermoforming operations and keep production moving on the floor. You will work side-by-side with a skilled crew to read shop orders, safely use tools, and ensure quality and uptime.

You will handle materials, set up jobs, and assist with 5S practices while collaborating with teammates to meet production goals. Eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus and up to 15% pre-tax profit sharing paid quarterly.

Qualifications

• 2 years thermoforming experience or completion of Hampel Operator III competencies.
• Experience operating thermoforming equipment on a production floor.
• Ability to read basic shop orders and process instructions.
• Proficient with measuring tools and documenting results.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production shop orders and prioritize tasks.
• Safely operate hand tools and thermoforming equipment.
• Load and unload machines and run production per instructions.
• Operate CNC/robotic trimming equipment safely.
• Setup single sheet jobs on thermoformers with minimal supervision.
• Promote 5S principles in material handling and inventory control.
