Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must have valid North Carolina driver’s license.
• 1+ year forklift driving experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16.
• Must operate nail guns, banding equipment, stretch wrap machine and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Pack all products for safe shipping according to quality department policies.
• Adhere to safety regulations in forklift operations.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized and adapt to last‑minute schedule changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
