Job summary

Transcendia, Inc. is seeking a material handler to maintain continuous materials supply at each machine ensuring smooth operations. You will perform duties ranging from loading/unloading to maintaining a safe, clean work area and assisting machine operators in a busy Ohio warehouse.

The role requires tow motor experience, the ability to read production tickets, measure with tape or micrometer, and basic math. Training starts on first shift; second shift offers a $0.50 per hour differential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Tow motor experience and certification training required.
• Ability to read production tickets and perform basic math.
• Able to read measurement tools (tape measure, micrometer).
• Computer literacy and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and warehouse.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Handle damaged material and quarantine as needed.
• Move materials as directed by work orders or instructions.
• Load/unload materials from pallets and racks, by hand or with equipment.
• Convey materials to designated areas and label cases.
• Operate industrial trucks and hoists to assist loading.
• Maintain recycling and waste areas; assist machine operators.
• Perform additional duties in other departments as assigned.
