Job summary

Warehouse Services Inc. is hiring a Material Handler/Inventory Clerk on the second shift in Wilmington, IL. The role runs Monday-Thursday, 5pm-3:30am at $21.25 per hour. Duties include receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping materials, with data entry and clerical tasks as needed.

Position requires forklift certification (or willingness to obtain), ability to lift 55 lbs, and strong communication with customers. Benefits include a $1500 sign-on bonus and 401k participation.

Qualifications

• Computer skills must include Excel, Word and email.
• Communication skills with customers required.
• Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store and ship material, and maintain records.
• Create reclists for inbound receipts.
• Maintain the inbound dockmap and logs.
• Review inventory for receipt discrepancies and completed reclists.
• Interface with carriers and Michelin Customer Service.
• Count and reconcile racks and inventory accuracy.
• Schedule Live Unloads with inbound carriers.
