RTP Company’s engineers develop customized thermoplastic compounds in over 60 different engineering resin systems for applications requiring color, conductive, elastomeric, flame retardant, high temperature, structural, and wear-resistant properties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must pass forklift testing and operate forklift safely.
• Read and follow material package labels and production sheets.
• Follow FIFO inventory methods and maintain accurate locations.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient work practices and follow standardized processes.
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification; operate forklift with care.
• Follow plant safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Ensure materials are correctly identified and located in the warehouse.
• Read production sheets and labels; adhere to FIFO requirements.
• Use RF scanner to ensure accurate inventory control.
• Support Production Lead with tasks and corrective actions as needed.
• Assist supervisors with preventive measures.
