Job summary

RTP Company’s engineers develop customized thermoplastic compounds in over 60 different engineering resin systems for applications requiring color, conductive, elastomeric, flame retardant, high temperature, structural, and wear-resistant properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to pass forklift and respirator tests.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate extrusion machinery per procedures.
• Weigh ingredients and ensure correct delivery to work area.
• Monitor production and equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
• Document logs, data, and procedures.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement.
