Job summary

Ultipro in McKinney, TX seeks a Material Handler to support production by moving materials, staging supplies for each shift, labeling and erecting cases, and ensuring lines remain fully stocked.

This role operates 2:00pm–10:30pm, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime; pay starts at $16.82 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential on second shift. You will follow safety guidelines, participate in inventory transactions, and assist with changeovers and machine troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer usage including mouse and simple software.
• Skilled with a pallet jack for material handling.
• Able to learn basic label printing software.
• Basic English reading and writing for work orders.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measure units.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and prepare for the next shift start up.
• Stage materials at lines per the production schedule.
• Label and erect cases and boxes for lines in operation.
• Keep hoppers filled and ensure pallets are supplied and moved.
• Perform basic trouble-shooting on machines and escalate issues as needed.
• Complete inventory transactions and timecards with accuracy.
• Attend scheduled meetings and demonstrate teamwork.
