Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, FL is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations on the second shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm EST) in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. You will manage production staff, ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives, and provide training and coaching to the team.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising employees.
Experience with GMP/ISO quality systems is preferred.
Experience using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
Investigate quality issues with QA and production teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Direct training, assignments and performance management of manufacturing staff.
Support regulatory and quality audits and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
Drive Lean initiatives and cost-reduction projects.
