Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC seeks a Manager of Operations for the 2nd shift in Bethlehem to direct production departments, align staffing, and meet quality and delivery targets. You will lead supervisors, technicians, and material handlers, drive safety, and coordinate with Planning and QA to sustain performance.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 5+ years in FDA-regulated environments preferred. Strong leadership, scheduling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in an FDA Medical/Pharmaceutical regulated industry.
• Proven supervisory experience over production staff and shift teams.
• Strong scheduling, data analysis and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of production departments and supervisors.
• Establish production schedules and ensure documentation approval and availability.
• Ensure adequate staffing, manage inventories and resources for productivity and delivery targets.
• Oversee packaging operations to meet customer specs and standards.
• Lead production teams to resolve issues and improve methods, quality and costs.
• Apply performance metrics and provide feedback to drive results.
