Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively in English.
Math ability: arithmetic, ratios and simple statistics.
Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

Provides clear and concise assignment of work to employees, based on planned quantities.
Performs shift performance reviews, training, and MOS compliance.
Reviews daily results with production staff and sets daily goals.
Ensures Prism transactions for recording, tracking, and transfer of production.
Monitors safety compliance and housekeeping across shifts.
Conducts internal safety audits regularly.
Assists other departments by communicating issues.
