Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months machining experience preferred.
• 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience in fast-paced industrial lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate workloads to meet production targets and KPIs.
• Promote safety culture through training and 5S standards.
• Identify unsafe practices and work with leadership to resolve.
• Provide coaching and support to team; ensure quality and continuous improvement.
