The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring machinery, ensuring proper operation, and adhering to safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training accepted.
• Must read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery following safety procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor equipment during production for proper operation.
• Produce products according to schedules and customer specs.
• Maintain food safety and product quality throughout production.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or equipment concerns to supervisor.
• Follow GMPs and company procedures.
