Job summary

Kelly is seeking a dependable Machine Operator I in Irwin, PA to support surface finishing of customer parts. Training is scheduled 6:45 a.m.–3:15 p.m., after which the role moves to second shift (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.). You will operate equipment using AFM, ECM, TEM, MF, and maintain production records while following ISO procedures.

The position requires a high school or trade school education, U.S. citizenship, basic mechanical ability, and English literacy.

Qualifications

• High school, trade school, or equivalent education.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to understand and follow ISO procedures and processes related to job performance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload machines, package finished products, and keep the shop area clean.
• Set up machines for individual jobs and install fixtures using small hand tools.
• Set machine controls and adjust settings to meet job requirements.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned work.
• Maintain production records and follow applicable quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
