Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist I (Warehouse) on the 2nd shift at our Ave Maria, FL site. You will support warehouse and production by moving materials, selecting items for work orders, and transferring stock in SAP.

A high school diploma is required and some related experience is preferred. This 2nd shift runs 4:00 pm–2:30 am on a rotating schedule. Responsibilities include forklift operation, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining quality system

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of inventory concepts.
MS Office proficiency including Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to operate SAP WM functions.
Understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately.
Knowledge of BOMs and Routers in manufacturing.
Familiar with SAP and ERP-based inventory management.

Responsibilities

Move materials through the facility as required.
Pick and pull materials to fulfill work orders and deliveries.
Operate forklift, stock pickers, and turret truck equipment.
Record stock adjustments in SAP and communicate accordingly.
Replenish supermarkets, Kanban, and production support areas.
Manage inventory levels for DTS items and other materials.
Perform cycle counting, bin audits, and inventory reconciliation in SAP.
Assist in warehouse organization and put-away.
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
Transfer material in SAP between locations.
Coordinate with other warehouse functions and production areas.
Generate bin tags with accurate information; adhere to quality system requirements.
