Job summary

EPTAM Precision Molding in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking a Machine Operator for the Injection Molding - 2nd Shift. You will inspect finished plastic parts, pack them for shipping, and assist in operating equipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The role requires a High School diploma and up to 6 months of manufacturing experience, with strong communication and basic math skills. Eligible for benefits and company-matched 401k, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 2nd shift hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months manufacturing experience.
• Good written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
• Basic math skills and ability to read prints.

Responsibilities

• Manually inspects plastics parts and packs for shipping.
• Operates in a safe, clean, organized work area.
• May train Inspector/Packer I and operate molding-related tasks.
• Fill out quality hourly paperwork and document production data.
• Assist with covering breaks and ensure adherence to SOPs.
