Qualifications

• Knowledge of Scientific Molding principles.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes.
• Experience with quality and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop injection molding processes using proven scientific methodologies.
• Validate mold and work cell through IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
• Document molding process, mold setup, and work-cell layout for each validated job.
• Participate in project meetings to keep validation on track to production.
• Support current production needs for troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Establish robust, repeatable process parameters and drive cycle-time improvements.
