Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills; navigate timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; desire to grow in the role.
• Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate or modify micro-integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies.
• Disassemble, assemble, modify, rework and repair pre-production units.
• Interpret schematic diagrams or specifications to plan work sequence.
• Utilize test equipment to check parameters during and after rework to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Record and summarize data to assist engineering in developing procedures.
