Second Shift Handgun Assemblers
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Second Shift Handgun Assemblers for a globally recogniz ed manufactur ing facility based in Smyrna, GA . This position involves precise small-part assembly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. We're looking for candidates with prior assembly experience—preferably in firearms manufacturing—who are seeking a stable, long-term opportunity with a respected industry leader.

Pay Rate
$ 1 7 . 90 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Second Shift Handgun Assemblers Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble firearm components following established procedures in a team-driven, quota-based environment.

• Perform sub-assembly installation and inspection.

• Use various hand tools such as torque drills, punches, and specialty tools for detailed assembly work.

• Conduct product inspections and basic cleaning as needed.

• Maintain accurate records, including production quantities and documentation.

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and in proper working order.

Second Shift Handgun Assemblers Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1-3 years of small part or firearm assembly experience preferred.

• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.

• Understand and practice safety policies and procedures.

• Drug screening and background checks are required.
