Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks motivated team members for second shift production roles in Vincennes, Indiana. Starting wage is $21.25 per hour with a $0.55 shift differential; top wages up to $24.73/hr with on-the-job training provided.

You will join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and quality in a non-assembly line plant, with overtime and weekend work as needed, along with opportunities for yearly bonuses and benefits after hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work first and second shift.
• Good attendance record required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Assist all plant floor jobs as needed.
• Follow safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and equipment per 5S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May stack parts up to 30 lbs for up to 12 hours.
