Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and maintain relationships.
• Punctuality and good attendance required.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform warehouse duties: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance guidelines and maintain accuracy.
• Handle paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
