Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler in Wisconsin. The role offers weekly pay, full benefits, and opportunities to advance within a safety-focused supply chain environment.

Responsibilities include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation, with attention to accuracy and workflow efficiency. Training is provided and a shift premium applies on certain schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment and be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Operate forklift and participate in cycle counting activities.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing and tote induction; load and unload trucks.
• Handle daily paperwork such as picking sheets, returns and bills of lading.
• Support automated packing systems and maintenance during core production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
