Job summary

King's Command Foods, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator at our Versailles, OH facility to join the team. You will operate industrial forklifts to move materials, organize and secure库存, and work with managers to coordinate loading/unloading processes.

The role requires compliance with Safety, SQF, GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, and food defense protocols. Applicants should be able to meet physical requirements, work varied shifts, and complete annual forklift training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in a variety of work temperatures, warm, hot, humid, cold, wet, or with slippery surfaces around moving equipment.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job.
• Ability to work extended scheduled hours Monday through Saturday with daily overtime. Start times and hours vary based on production needs.
• Must be able to complete the required training: Safety, SQF, GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, food defense.

Responsibilities

• Move controls, levers, and devices to operate industrial forklifts, transporting materials between loading, unloading, processing, and storage areas.
• Organize and secure materials for storing bales, boxes, super sacks, pallets, and other materials.
• Perform routine pre and post-inspections on forklift equipment to ensure it is operating well.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, or lifting devices.
• Weigh materials or products, and record weight and other production data on tags or labels.
• Complete forklift operator training annually, provided by the company.
• Consult and work with managers, supervisors, employees, and equipment manufacturers to coordinate loading and unloading operations.
