Job summary

RRD is seeking a 1st shift Forklift Operator in Wisconsin to move finished goods and support the Manufacturing Department. You will operate equipment, stage products, stock materials, and assist with safety and housekeeping.

Responsibilities include conducting daily haulage checks, handling by-products, battery care, and adhering to all safety policies. Overtime may be required; pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must know forklift load capacity and dimensions.
• Able to judge doorway, aisle, shelf, and bin clearances for safe operation.
• Understand storage layout to locate and place items efficiently.
• Skilled at maneuvering forklifts in tight spaces and on ramps.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Supply Manufacturing Department with materials as needed.
• Stage product for movement and shipping.
• Rack unused supplies and maintain inventory accuracy (type, amount, location).
• Transport and process manufacturing by-products and waste.
• Perform housekeeping and trash-related duties as needed.
• Conduct daily inspections on hoist and report maintenance needs.
• May perform battery service duties (inspect/recharge/replace batteries, lubricate moving parts).
• May handle LP/Propane changes.
• Follow all safety policies including hazardous waste handling and lockout/tagout rules.
