Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Spring Hill, TN is seeking Temporary Sit-Down Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations. You will operate sit-down forklifts, assist with loading and packing, and work on a stable second shift with typical Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift for loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Follow contract performance guidelines and safety rules.
• Audit and stage products; load and unload trucks.
• Handle paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during shift.
