Job summary

Key tasks include packing, loading/unloading trailers, and operating various warehouse equipment. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and six months to one year of warehouse experience, plus certification to operate powered industrial trucks.

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification required.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Experience with data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure all scanning is completed.
• Train dock employees on new procedures where needed.
• Perform picking and packing duties; check for product or container damage.
• Perform material moves with related transactions.
• Maintain housekeeping for the assigned area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
