Responsibilities

• Lead all 2nd shift manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production across all departments.
• Monitor processes and product quality, correcting deviations to meet specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing scrap, waste, and non-conformance while optimizing labor, equipment use, and cost.
• Review operational, quality, and personnel reports to identify trends and required corrective actions.
• Prepare performance reports, ensure on-time facility startup each shift, and develop, coach, and train team members.
