Job summary

Smurfit WestRock Company is seeking an entry-level Production Team Member in Winston-Salem, NC. The role trains you in the manufacturing processes and the machines used, with shift options on 2nd (3pm–11pm) or 3rd (11pm–7am) shift.

You will push stock, stack from machines, load corrugated, and assist operators while upholding safety and cleanliness. Overtime is required and training on 1st shift is available.

Responsibilities

• Pushing stock.
• Stacking off from the machines.
• Off load corrugated from the machines.
• Assist operators and apprentices as needed.
• Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Overtime is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
