Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The Production Operator role involves controlling or operating machinery on the production line, packaging and filtering finished goods, and assisting with chemical blending.

This position is for the second shift (3:30pm-11:50pm, Monday-Friday) in South Brunswick, NJ, requiring the ability to lift heavy loads, stand all day, and adhere to GMPs and safety protocols while working with SAP, Camelot and Marco

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent.
Able to wear respirator.
Able to operate forklift and other equipment.
Able to be exposed to heavy machinery and electrical currents.
Stand for 8 hours per day.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Basic math, reading and computer skills.
Experience with SAP, Camelot and Marco.
Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
Package and filter finished goods; replenish raw material inventory as necessary.
Perform chemical blending in Production including manual dispensing of flavor chemicals.
Work second shift 3:30pm-11:50pm, Monday-Friday in South Brunswick.
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards; adhere to GMPs.
