Job summary

Rockland Manufacturing, a family-owned business with facilities in Bedford, PA and Seguin, TX, is seeking a Fitter Fabricator to build custom attachments for loaders, dozers, and excavators on the second shift (Mon-Thu 3:35 pm–2:05 am) with overtime Fridays. You’ll read blueprints, align parts, use cranes, and tack weld as needed.

Experience is preferred, but training is provided. Starting pay ranges from $21.50 to $26.00 per hour, with potential increases to $28.50 for top performers, plus a

WHO WE ARE:

Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with three facilities located in Bedford, PA and another facility located in Seguin, TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA!

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:

Our Fitter Fabricators build custom attachments for loaders, dozers and excavators. This position is available on second shift, which runs Monday-Thursday from 3:35 pm-2:05 am, with overtime as required on Fridays. You’ll be:

• Working from blueprints to assemble buckets, forks, rakes, grapples and blades
• Using cranes/other positioning devices during assembly
• Laying out, aligning and fitting together fabricated and machined parts
• Tack welding components
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Experience is preferred but we will provide ample training; if needed

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

Our starting wage is $21.50 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months, until you reach our top rate, currently $28.50.
