Rockland Manufacturing, a family-owned business with facilities in Bedford, PA and Seguin, TX, is seeking a Fitter Fabricator to build custom attachments for loaders, dozers, and excavators on the second shift (Mon-Thu 3:35 pm–2:05 am) with overtime Fridays. You’ll read blueprints, align parts, use cranes, and tack weld as needed.

Experience is preferred, but training is provided. Starting pay ranges from $21.50 to $26.00 per hour, with potential increases to $28.50 for top performers, plus a

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Operate cranes/positioning devices during assembly.
• Tack weld components to brackets and assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble buckets, forks, rakes, grapples and blades from blueprints.
• Use cranes/positioning devices during assembly.
• Layout, align and fit fabricated and machined parts.
• Tack weld components.
