ARCH Medical Solutions in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Finishing Technician to transform precision-machined components into finished products meeting exact customer specifications. You will perform surface finishing, in-process inspections, and ensure quality; require ability to read blueprints, use precision tools, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Finishing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using precision inspection tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface finishing operations including blasting, tumbling, polishing, grinding, cleaning, and hand filing.
• Conduct in-process inspections and document results.
• Read and interpret job travelers and manufacturing documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support production schedules and teamwork within the department.
