Job summary

Reader Precision Solutions is seeking a Finishing Technician to perform finishing operations (washing, tumbling, passivation) on machined components and ensure on-time shipment. You will monitor workflow for high-priority jobs, maintain inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of working independently or in a team, read engineering drawings, and use precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with micrometers and calipers.
• Familiarity with ERP routing and inventory.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow routing procedures in ERP.
• Monitor production for hot jobs and adjust workflow.
• Maintain finishing area and dispose of waste safely.
• Perform basic maintenance on finishing equipment.
• Document procedures and support continuous improvement.
• Complete secondary operation duties as needed.
