Job summary

FUCHS Lubricants Co. in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Filler Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will work on a 2nd shift with training on 1st shift in the initial months, in a safety-first environment.

You will measure, weigh, label, and package products, operate forklifts, scan items, maintain logs, and ensure quality while following DOT and OSHA standards, PPE, and a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Good judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to retrieve and move packaging materials.
• Label and fill packaging items in compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA standards.
• Accurately measure and weigh chemicals into designated containers following detailed instructions.
• Scan packaging items, load trucks, and manage inventory using company systems.
• Complete batch tickets and manufacturing logs to ensure full compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
• Support other duties and special projects as assigned.
